Richwood is a city in Brazoria County, Texas, United States.
[5] It is bordered to the southwest by Oyster Creek, which separates it from the cities of Lake Jackson and Clute.

22.8% of all households were made up of individuals, and 2.5% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
The city is served by the Brazosport Independent School District (BISD).
