Rida T.R.
Cabanilla Arakawa[1] (born December 24, 1952) is an American politician who has served as a Democratic member of the Hawaii House of Representatives from 2018 to 2020, representing District 41.
Cabanilla also formerly represented District 41 in the House from 2012 to 2014 and District 42 from 2004 to 2012.
Cabanilla earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Hawaiʻi and attended the United States Army Command and General Staff College.
