Ridge Spring is a town in Saluda County, South Carolina, United States.

It is part of the Columbia, SC Metropolitan Statistical Area.

Ridge Hill High School was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2010.

About 28.0% of all households were made up of individuals, and 15.9% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
