Robert Cooper Allworth OAM (10 March 1943 - 26 February 2017) was an Australian composer.
[6] While a school student he undertook piano lessons and studied musical theory.
[6] As a teenager he was inspired by Arnold Schoenberg's "12-tone style of modern classical music.
"[6] Late in 1969, after his parents' deaths, he returned to Denistone where he lived with his domestic partner, William Parsons.
[7] In 1965 one of his piano sonatas was chosen for performance in Stockholm by the International Society of Contemporary Music.
