Robert Bethea Scarborough (October 29, 1861 – November 23, 1927) was a U.S. Representative from South Carolina.
Born in Chesterfield, South Carolina on October 29, 1861, about a year after the state had declared its secession to join the Confederate States, Scarborough attended the common schools and Mullins (South Carolina) Academy.
He served as member of the South Carolina State senate in 1897 and 1898 and was elected president pro tempore in 1898.
He resumed the practice of law in Conway, South Carolina, and was also interested in banking.
