Robert Barker (1563 – 5 April 1618) was an English politician.
He was the third son of John Barker, a merchant of Bildeston, Suffolk.
He was educated at St John's College, Cambridge and trained for law at the Inner Temple.
[1][2] He became a JP for Harwich in 1601 and Essex in 1607 (until 1617) and was made Serjeant-at-Law for Colchester in 1612.
