Robert Hugh McWilliams Jr.

Robert Hugh McWilliams Jr. (April 27, 1916 – April 10, 2013) was a United States circuit judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit and a justice of the Colorado Supreme Court.

In addition, McWilliams was a special agent of the Office of Naval Intelligence from 1942 to 1945.

He was in the United States Army as a Sergeant in the Office of Strategic Services from 1945 to 1946.

[2] McWilliams was nominated by President Richard Nixon on September 22, 1970, to a seat on the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit vacated by Judge Jean Sala Breitenstein.

His service terminated on April 10, 2013, due to his death in Denver, seventeen days shy of his 97th birthday.
