Robert I. Marshall[1] (né Marchlewicz; October 16, 1946 – March 30, 2024) was an American politician and a Democratic member of the Delaware Senate, representing the 3rd district from 1979 until 2019.

Marshall died at a hospital in Newark, Delaware on March 30, 2024, at the age of 77.
