Robert Jackson Staker

He was in private practice of law in Williamson, West Virginia from 1952 to 1968.

He was an assistant prosecuting attorney of Mingo County, West Virginia in 1960.

[1] Staker was nominated by President Jimmy Carter on June 14, 1979, to the United States District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia, to a new seat created by 92 Stat.

His service was terminated on September 30, 2005, due to retirement.

[1] Staker died on November 30, 2008, in South Point, Ohio.
