Robert Kupiecki

[2] He received a master's degree from the Faculty of History at the University of Warsaw, and a PhD in political science.

[1] He also graduated from Poland's National School of Public Administration (Polish: Krajowa Szkoła Administracji Publicznej) and the Geneva Centre for Security Policy.

On 22 August 2012, he was appointed Deputy Minister of National Defence, replacing Zbigniew Włosowicz.

[7] On 10 January 2024, Kupiecki was appointed as Undersecretary of State at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

[8] Kupiecki has received the Officer's Cross of Ment of the Republic of Lithuania, the Gold and Silver Medal "For the Services for the Country's Defense", and the Silver Medal of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Slovakia.
