Robert Moore (March 30, 1778 – January 14, 1831) was a member of the U.S. House of Representatives from Pennsylvania.
He studied law, was admitted to the bar in 1802 and commenced practice in Beaver, Pennsylvania.
[1] He resumed the practice of law and was a member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives in 1830 and 1831.
A grandson, Michael D. Harter, was a two-term U.S. Representative from Ohio.
