Rodney Scott Webb

He received a Juris Doctor from University of North Dakota School of Law in 1959.

[1] Webb was a member of the United States Attorney General's Advisory Committee of United States Attorneys and member of the Indian Affairs Subcommittee.

[2] Webb was nominated by President Ronald Reagan on May 5, 1987, to a seat on the United States District Court for the District of North Dakota vacated by Judge Paul Benson.

[3][2] His son, Wade, is a state district judge in Fargo, North Dakota.

Webb died in Fargo on Sunday, August 9, 2009, aged 74, from complications of cancer.
