Rolling Hills is an unincorporated community and census-designated place (CDP) in Madera County, California, United States, north of Fresno on State Route 41 (Yosemite Freeway).
According to the United States Census Bureau, the Rolling Hills CDP has a total area of 0.6 square miles (1.6 km2), all of it land.

48 households (16.4%) were made up of individuals, and 32 (11.0%) had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
There were 299 housing units at an average density of 505.1 per square mile (195.0/km2), of which 276 (94.5%) were owner-occupied, and 16 (5.5%) were occupied by renters.
