The Roman Catholic Diocese of Tarlac (Latin: Dioecesis Tarlacensis) is a diocese of the Roman Catholic Church comprising the whole civil province of Tarlac (except Camp Servillano Aquino in San Miguel, Tarlac City, which belongs to the Military Ordinariate) in the Philippines.

It is part of the Ecclesiastical Province of San Fernando, Pampanga.

[3] Enrique V. Macaraeg was the most recent Bishop of Tarlac, appointed on March 31, 2016.

On October 23, 2023, Macaraeg died due to cardiac arrest.

[5] The rite of his canonical possession-installation will be held at the Tarlac Cathedral on March 27, 2025, to be presided over Apostolic Nuncio Charles John Brown.
