Roscoe is a city in Stearns County, Minnesota, United States.
On December 7, 2016, Donald Kennith Albrecht was sworn in as mayor of Roscoe.
The city has also grown eastward by annexing part of Munson Township.
[9] Roscoe formerly hosted a stop on the Great Northern Railway,[10] but the tracks were abandoned in 1988 and subsequently razed.

35.4% of all households were made up of individuals, and 16.7% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
There were 3.2% of families and 6.8% of the population living below the poverty line, including no under eighteens and 37.5% of those over 64.
