Roslyn is a town in northern Day County, South Dakota, United States.

The racial makeup of the town was 97.8% White, 1.1% Native American, and 1.1% from two or more races.

42.9% of all households were made up of individuals, and 26% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.

About 14.0% of families and 18.4% of the population were below the poverty line, including 26.5% of those under the age of eighteen and 18.3% of those 65 or over.
