Rough Rock (Navajo: Tséchʼízhí) is a census-designated place (CDP) in Apache County, Arizona, United States.

[3] According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 12.8 square miles (33.1 km2), all land.

The racial makeup of the CDP was 96.2% Native American, 2.8% White, 0.6% Asian, and 0.4% from two or more races.

19.5% of all households were made up of individuals, and 4.4% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
