Royal Thimphu College (RTC) Women's FC is a Bhutanese association football club.

The Royal Thimphu College (RTC) Women's FC was established in 2022.

For the 2023–24 season, RTC is among the six participating teams which earned their place in a prior qualification round.

RTC hosted the Iranian club Bam Khatoon and Hong Kong's Kitchee at home for the preliminary round.
