Rudolph IV (25 September 1274 – 1×23 March 1343) was the count and lord of Neuchâtel from 1288.
He was the son and successor of Amadeus, Count of Neuchâtel, and Jordana of La Sarraz.
He was called "lord" until attaining his majority in 1296, after which he also bore the title "count".
