Ruf R Kompressor

Both the 3.6 and 3.8 engines have been upgraded with a centrifugal type (supercharger) and an intercooler for each cylinder row, as well as a new intake and exhaust system.

[3] On the exterior, changes to the original 997 design include wider fenders, a restyled front air dam, new rear wing, side mirrors and the signature Ruf designed wheels measuring 19 x 8.5 inches in the front and 19 x 11 inches in the rear.

[4] Additionally, to save weight, the engine hood and spoiler are made of both Kevlar and carbon fiber.

Mechanically, the R Kompressor features Ruf/Bilstein tuned suspension and high performance Ruf brakes.

The interior features a slew of Ruf bits as well including the instrumentation, bucket seats, sport steering wheel, gear knob and aluminum foot rest and pedal set.
