Rufus King Garland Jr. (May 22, 1830 – December 12, 1886) was a farmer, lawyer, and politician in Arkansas.
He represented Hempstead County at the 1861 Arkansas Secession Convention alongside Alfred Carrigan.
[3] He served in the Confederate Congress and was a delegate to the 1874 Arkansas Constitutional Convention.
[4] He was born in Tipton County, Tennessee, the older brother of Augustus Garland.
