As of the 2020 census, the township population was 226, a decline from the figure of 231 tabulated in 2000.

Pennsylvania Route 325 travels the length of the township, following the north side of Clark Creek.

The racial makeup of the township was 97.22% White, 2.22% African American, 0.56% from other races.

14.3% of all households were made up of individuals, and 7.1% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
