Ruskin is a village in Nuckolls County, Nebraska, United States.
Ruskin was established in 1887 when the Chicago, Rock Island & Pacific Railroad was extended to that point.
[3] It was named after John Ruskin, an English academic and art critic.
[4][5] According to the United States Census Bureau, the village has a total area of 0.42 square miles (1.09 km2), all land.
39.3% of all households were made up of individuals, and 24.6% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
About 3.5% of families and 8.6% of the population were below the poverty line, including 22.6% of those under the age of eighteen and none of those 65 or over.
