Ruslan Nailevich Mukhametshin (Tatar: Руслан Наил улы Мөхәммәтшин, Russian: Руслан Наилевич Мухаметшин; born 29 October 1981) is a Russian professional football coach and a former player.

He is an assistant coach for FC Mordovia Saransk.
