Ruslan Smelyansky (Russian: Русла́н Леони́дович Смеля́нский) (born 1950) is a Russian mathematician, Dr.
Sc., Professor, a professor at the Faculty of Computer Science at the Moscow State University, Corresponding Member of the Russian Academy of Sciences.
