Ruslan Albertovich Zakharov (Russian: Руслан Альбертович Захаров; born 24 March 1987) is a Russian athlete in short track and speed skater.

Zakharov competed at the 2010 Winter Olympics for Russia.

He also won a gold medal as a member of the Russian relay team at the 2013 European Championships, and placed 3rd in the overall competition at the 2011 European Championships.

[2] As of 2013, Zakharov has four ISU Short Track Speed Skating World Cup podium finishes, all as part of the 5000m relay team.

His best finishes are silver medals in 2012–13 at Calgary and in 2013–14 at Torino and Kolomna.
