Russell Edward Prescott (born October 19, 1960)[1] is an American businessman and politician who served on the New Hampshire Executive Council, representing the 3rd district from 2017 to 2021.
[2] A member of the Republican Party, Prescott served in the New Hampshire Senate from 2000 to 2004 and again from 2010 to 2016, representing districts in Rockingham County.
[4] Prescott attended Exeter High School and received a bachelor of science in mechanical engineering from the University of South Florida.
Prescott Company, a manufacturer and wholesaler of water treatment systems founded by his father in 1954 and based in Exeter, New Hampshire.
