S. Howard Voshell (1888–1937) was an American tennis player and later a promoter.
In World War I, Voshell attained the rank of second Lieutenant in the air service.
[5] At the 1918 U. S. championships, Voshell beat 15 year old prodigy Vincent Richards and Craig Biddle before losing to Robert Lindley Murray in the semi finals.
[7] His health deteriorated as the year wore on and he died in November 1937 aged 49 at his home in Kew Gardens, Queens.
