Brothers JD, Jonathan, and Drew Scott founded Dividian Production Group in 2002 as an independent film company.

[3] In 2010, Dividian Production Group became Scott Brothers Entertainment, and in 2013, they shifted the focus from film to television and digital platforms.

As part of their show Property Brothers: At Home on the Ranch, the brothers—along with Nashville songwriters Victoria Shaw and Chad Carlson[36]—wrote and recorded two country singles that premiered during the third and fourth episode of the series.

"Hold On" hit #38 on Billboard's Hot Country Songs chart and was accompanied by a music video that has more than 5 million Vevo views.
