Sabakoe is an Amerindian[1] hamlet in Para District, Suriname,[2] located near Zanderij.

[3][4] It is also the Surinamese name of little blue herons,[5] which is used as the logo of Surinam Airways.

[6] Sabakoe is located in the savannah along the Sabakoe Creek about an hour's walk from Berlijn.
