Sabino Anastacio is a Palauan politician who has been speaker of the House of Delegates of Palau since January 2013.
[2] He studied for two years at the University of Hawaiʻi at Hilo.
He graduated with a bachelor's degree in business administration in 1977 from the University of Colorado.
[3] His successful run for the Senate of Palau in 1996 representing Babeldaob and Kayangel.
[3] In 1997, Anastacio was appointed by then President Kuniwo Nakamura as Minister of State, and got unanimously confirmed by the Senate of Palau.
