[1] He started his labor activity in 1990 in Nehram village collective farm of Babek District of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic.

[1] From 2004 to February 2006 he served as Deputy Chairman of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Azerbaijan,[2] from February 2006 as First Deputy Chairman of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

[3] On 23 April 2018, by the Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, he was relieved of the post of First Deputy Chairman of the State Customs Committee,[4] and was appointed Chairman of the State Customs Committee.

[5] On 30 January 2020, he was awarded the highest special rank of Colonel-General of the Customs Service.

[6] On July 16, 2022, he was released from the State Customs Committee by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
