Safet Zec (born 5 December 1943) is a Bosnian painter and graphic designer.
[1][2] Safet Zec was born in the town of Rogatica, SR Bosnia and Herzegovina,[3] to a Bosniak family.
[3] In the seventies, Safet Zec became one of the major exhibitors of poetic realism.
[3] He left Sarajevo in 1992 because of the Bosnian War, and fled to Udine, Italy.
Safet Zec has prepared over 70 solo exhibitions in Bosnia and Herzegovina and in large cities around the world.
