Saikhan (Mongolian: Сайхан, beautiful) is a sum (district) of the Selenge Province in northern Mongolia.
Saikhan District was established in 1977 and total square meters is around 137.5.
The city was established to support the Khutul lime mine and cement plant.
Saikhan district has approximately 8795 population and 2068 householders living there.
The town is a stop on a branch line of the Trans-Mongolian Railway connecting the copper mine in Erdenet.
