Salidat Zekenqyzy Qaiyrbekova (Kazakh: Салидат Зекенқызы Қайырбекова, Salidat Zekenqyzy Qaiyrbekova; 1 August 1961 – 3 July 2016) was a Kazakh politician who served as a Minister of Healthcare from October 2010 to August 2014 and the chair of the Board of JSC National Medical Holding from October 2015 until her death.
[1] From 1984 to 1998 she worked as a neuropathologist in medical organizations, deputy chief physician of the Karaganda Regional Multidisciplinary Treatment and Diagnostic Association.
[1] In 2001, Qaiyrbekova became an applicant for the Department of Public Health and Healthcare Management of the Kazakh National Medical University.
[1] Following a corruption scandal involving Jaqsylyq Dosqaliev, Qaiyrbekova was appointed as the Minister of Healthcare on 7 October 2010.
[6] Qaiyrbekova unexpectedly died on 3 July 2016 at the age 54 in Astana after suffering a stroke.
