Among the custom engines are SearchLink.ai for associations, Find5500.ai for financial institutions,[8] and FollowUp GPT,[9] a Generative AI-powered platform that makes it easy to provide value-add follow-up to clients and prospects.
He was then a group director at Weber Shandwick, a public relations firm, where he managed national marketing programs for Microsoft,[29] Coca-Cola, Northwest Airlines, and Polaris.
Following Shandwick, Richter worked at Digital River where he helped develop and market a software download program called eBot,[30] and where he helped build the company's e-marketing agency serving clients including National Geographic, Major League Baseball, Nabisco, and Brunswick.
Under Richter's direction, the Library developed numerous online programs and expanded its reach to serve an international audience.
