[2] She signed a contract with Paramount Pictures and went to Hollywood to appear in two films in 1937 where, according to The Illustrated London News, she was known as “Miss Perfection”.

[5] Her second marriage was on 15 November 1939 to the racing driver Jack Dunfee at the Caxton Hall Register Office in London.
On 31 March 1949 she married Richard Yarde-Buller, 4th Baron Churston at the Marylebone Register Office.
