Sandrine Niyonkuru (born 1 January 2000) is a Burundian footballer who plays as a forward for Egyptian club Tutankhamun and the Burundi women's national team.

She played with Burundi at the 2019 CECAFA Women's Championship and scored in the opening match, a 5–0 win over Zanzibar.

[11] She participated in the team's campaign at the 2022 Women's Africa Cup of Nations, their first ever appearance in the tournament.

She scored a brace in the final match of the group stage, a 2–4 loss to Botswana.
