Sangertown Square is a single-story mall, and comprises 869,758 sq ft (80,803 m2) of leasable retail space.
Other stores in the mall at its opening included Radio Shack, General Nutrition Center, Endicott Johnson, Liberty Travel, and Waldenbooks.
In 2014, a two-year refresh modernizing Sangertown Square was announced which included new seating, decorative lighting, new tile, exterior entrances, and an improved landscape.
