Sangtam, also called Thukumi, Isachanure, or Lophomi, is a Naga language spoken in northeast India.

The standardized dialect of Sangtam is based on the Tsadanger village speech variety.
Sangtam is unusual in having two stops with bilabial trilled release, /t̪͡ʙ, t̪͡ʙ̥ʰ/.
