Sanjay Rana (born 5 May 2001) is an Indian hockey player who plays as a defender.

[1] He is also one of the second drag flickers for the Indian team which won gold medal in 2022 Asian Games in Hangzhou.

[2] He is selected to represent India in the 2024 Summer Olympics at Paris.

[3][4] Sanjay hails from Dabra village, near Hisar, in Haryana.

[5][3] He played for Chandigarh in his initial years as a junior but later represented Haryana state in the domestic events.
