Santa Eulalia is a town and seat of the municipality of Aquiles Serdán, in the northern Mexican state of Chihuahua.
[2] Founded in 1652 by Diego del Castillo, it is one of the oldest settlements in the state.
Early production was primarily silver.
More recently, the mines have produced zinc and lead.
