[4][5] Matsui embarked on a full European campaign in 2024, upon her arrival at Williams.

First she drove in the WSK Champions Cup, where she finished 6th in her first competitive European race.

[6] Matsui then joined the WSK Super Master Series, and achieved a result of 2nd place on her debut in the championship.

This ultimately counted for little in the championship as inconsistency led her to a 10th placed finish in the standings.

[7] Matsui was a finalist for the Junior category of the 2022 Girls on Track - Rising Stars program.
