[6][7] ==Early life and education background== She attended Blessed Sacrament Primary School Kimaanya in Masaka, Trinity College Nabbingo for UCE where she excelled, and joined Mt St Mary's College Namagunga for UACE in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.

[9] She has served in notable organizations [4] In 2013, Kagingo was appointed as the Special Presidential Assistant for Communication (2011-2014.).

[10] On 3 August 2021, Kagingo was appointed as the new Principal Press Secretary of the Speaker of the Parliament of Uganda.

She has since been elected as the Vice Chair of the Board of Directors, where she has made a significant impact in a short period.
