Sarain Fox is a Canadian Anishinaabe activist, broadcaster and filmmaker.
[1] She is most noted for her 2020 documentary film Inendi,[2] for which she received a Canadian Screen Award nomination for Best Host or Interviewer in a News or Information Program or Series at the 9th Canadian Screen Awards in 2021.
[6] In 2023 she hosted Indigiqueer, a special about LGBT First Nations people, for Citytv's VeraCity documentary series,[7] for which she won the Canadian Screen Award for Best Host or Interviewer in a News or Information Program or Series at the 12th Canadian Screen Awards in 2024.
