Satyapriya Banerjee (born 25 August 1893, d. 1957[1][2]) was an Indian politician and trade unionist.
[3] Banerjee served as secretary of the Bengal Provincial Congress Committee.
[1] Banerjee stood as a candidate in Bowbazar in the 1952 West Bengal Legislative Assembly election.
The conflict escalated during the by-election in Calcutta South East Lok Sabha constituency (called after the death of incumbent Syama Prasad Mookerjee).
[8] Banerjee was expelled from the party, along with Amar Bose and Suhurit Chaudhury, by the Working Committee of the All India Forward Bloc.
