Saurabh Sinha

Saurabh Sinha is an influential South African engineer and a Deputy Vice Chancellor for Research and Internationalisation at the University of Johannesburg.

He formerly served as Director of the Carl and Emily Fuchs Institute for Microelectronics at the University of Pretoria, from which he graduated with a Ph.D. in electronic engineering.

[2] Sinha served at the University of Pretoria for over 10 years, culminating with his appointment as director of the Carl and Emily Fuchs Institute for Microelectronics at the Department of Electrical, Electronic and Computer Engineering.

[2] In October 2013, Sinha was appointed as Executive Dean of the Faculty of Engineering and the Built at Environment (FEBE) at University of Johannesburg.

[2] Sinha has served two terms on the Board of Directors of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) as Vice President, Educational Activities.
