Later that year, the Bananas would play in a "world tour" in Mobile, Alabama, and sold out both nights at Hank Aaron Stadium, with a combined crowd of over 7,000 fans.

The "world tour" kicked off at Grayson Stadium in Savannah, Georgia on June 13 and ended a month later in Greenville, South Carolina.

On September 21, the Party Animals beat the Bananas at Citizens Bank Park in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, 3–2.

The Party Animals are slated to return in 2025 as part of the four-team Banana Ball Championship League (BBCL), along with the Bananas, the Firefighters, and the Texas Tailgaters, the newest and first non Savannah, Georgia based team, which will mainly play in Texas and in Southeastern college towns.
