Sayeef Salahuddin is an electrical engineer and academic, serving as the TSMC Distinguished Professor of Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences at the University of California, Berkeley.
[1] He obtained a Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Purdue University in 2007.
[2] In 2008, he joined the University of California, Berkeley, as a faculty member in the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences.
[3] He is the Editor-in-Chief of IEEE Electron Device Letters since 2022[4] and has previously served on its editorial board from 2013 to 2016.
He also chaired the IEEE Electron Devices Society's Nanotechnology Committee from 2014 to 2016.
