Sdei Trumot (Hebrew: שדי תרומות) is a moshav in northern Israel.
The name "Sdei Trumot" is based on the lamentation of David for Saul and Jonathan who were killed in a war against the Philistines on nearby Mount Gilboa.
The words "Sdei trumot," meaning "fields of offerings," appear in Samuel II, chapter 1, verse 21.
Sdei Trumot was established on the lands of the depopulated Palestinian village of Al-Samiriyya.
[3] The primary source of income in the early days was agriculture and cattle raising.
